1. Acceptance
By installing or using FullPageSS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.
2. Description of the service
FullPageSS is a browser extension that captures screenshots of webpages you choose, and lets you annotate, organise and export them. Screenshots are processed and stored locally in your browser.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. FullPageSS is not directed at children under 13.
4. Using the extension
FullPageSS is licensed to you, not sold. You may install and use it on browsers you control, subject to these terms and any limits of your plan.
A Pro licence key may be activated on a limited number of installations, shown when you purchase. Sharing a licence key publicly, or using one across more installations than the licence permits, may result in it being deactivated.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you capture and for what you do with it. Websites may be protected by copyright, confidentiality obligations, contracts or privacy law, and capturing a page does not grant you rights to its contents.
6. Screenshot content
We claim no ownership of your screenshots. They are yours. Because they are stored on your device and never uploaded, we have no access to them, no ability to review them, and no copy of them.
7. Intellectual property
The FullPageSS name, logo, website and extension software remain our property. These terms grant you no right to use our branding.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use FullPageSS to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights
- capture material you have no right to capture or distribute
- circumvent licence checks, plan limits or technical protections
- redistribute, resell or repackage the extension
- attempt to interfere with our servers or other users
9. Plans and payment
FullPageSS has a free plan and a paid Pro plan, priced at $4.99 per month or $39 per year. Current prices and included features are shown on the pricing page, where features not yet released are labelled as planned.
Payments are handled by Creem as merchant of record. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
10. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; Pro remains active until the end of the period you have paid for, after which Pro features switch off. Screenshots already on your device are unaffected.
11. Refunds
If FullPageSS does not work as described, contact us and we will help or refund you. Where consumer law in your country grants you a right to a refund or cooling-off period, that right applies regardless of anything in these terms.
12. Third-party services
FullPageSS relies on Chrome, Creem for payments, Cloudflare for licence validation and Vercel for this website. Their own terms govern their services, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
13. Service availability
Core screenshot functionality runs locally and works without our servers. Licence validation requires a network connection, though Pro continues working for a grace period if our licence server is unreachable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
14. Browser restrictions
Chrome prevents extensions from reading certain pages, including chrome:// pages, the Chrome Web Store and other extensions’ pages. FullPageSS cannot capture these, and that is a browser restriction rather than a fault in the product.
Browsers also limit maximum image dimensions. Extremely long pages may be scaled to fit; FullPageSS tells you when this happens.
15. Disclaimer
FullPageSS is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we make no warranty that it will be error-free, or that every page will capture perfectly — the web is varied and some pages behave unusually.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of FullPageSS is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Termination
You may stop using FullPageSS at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breach of these terms. On termination your local screenshots remain yours and stay on your device.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be communicated before they take effect.
